Varsity 4+

8:20 a.m. pdt:  Washington has finished 4th in the Petite Final, behind Cal, Ohio State, and Princeton.  See RaceTrak.com for results.

8:40 a.m. pdt:  Brown has won the Grand Final of the Varsity 4+, Virginia 2nd, and Yale 3rd. 

II Eights (JV 8)

9:30 a.m. pdt:  Washington's JV8 are NCAA National Champions -  Brown finished 2nd, Virginia was 3rd.  More information as it arrives.

UW Women Win JV Eight National Title: Huskies outrace Brown for championship

I Eights (Varsity 8)

10:00 a.m. pdt:  Washington's Varsity 8 are NCAA National Champions,  defeating Brown by a length in a wire to wire victory.   Cal was 3rd.

Team trophy goes to Brown based on points - see NCAA Points System.

10:45 a.m. pdt Update - Joe Oates, parent of Shannon Oates (JV8) reports that the mood there, as one might expect, is one of excitement.  The JV8 fought their way back through, after being down in the middle of the race, to win their event.  The adrenaline rush of winning at the NCAA's was clearly evident - the winning crews are ecstatic and deservedly so - congratulations Washington on an undefeated season in the JV and Varsity 8's!
